Good food and exercise is best
Nothing will replace eating good healthy food and performing moderate exercise every day but because of our busy lifestyles we do not always eat and exercise as we should
Sometimes the food choices we make are based on what is convenient rather than what is right for our health.

Recognition of the different body types goes back thousand of years to the time of Plato.
Maybe the reason for various diets working with some people but not with others may lie in the fact that we are belong to different body types different
Wikipedia lists three different “somatotypes”
Which one are you
Are you Endomorphic, Ectomorphic or Mesomorphic?
Or are you a combination of two or more? (most people are)
